Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule before the beginning time of your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service total.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 75% of the scheduled service to the card on file or invoiced same day.
• Appointments adjusted with proper notice will not incur a fee.
As a courtesy, one late cancellation or reschedule may be waived at our discretion. ♥️
